Sales Representative

Are you a proactive communicator who thrives on building genuine connections? We are looking for an Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to join a growing and passionate team in Erskine Park, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a key role in the sales division, focusing on customer engagement and service excellence.

About The Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be the voice of our client within the Construction Industry, engaging with both new and existing customers, think builders, designers and architects to ensure continuity of service and strong relationship management. You will balance proactive outbound engagement with essential support for the inbound customer service functions. This is a Mon-Frid position, flexibility to work some days between 7am-5pm.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to engage new leads, support existing clients and re-engage inactive customers.
• Develop professional relationships and demonstrate how you can add value to our clients' businesses.
• Work alongside Sales, Customer Service and Dispatch teams to progress orders and provide overflow support during peak periods.
• Collect customer feedback (NPS/CSAT) to help refine the processes and escalate any risks to the customer experience.

What You Bring to the Team

• At least 2 years of experience in an outbound calling or customer service role.
• A professional telephone manner and high-level interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude
• A true passion for customer service and a collaborative, "team player" approach.
